We recommend shipping via Express Post with signature on delivery or a secure courier service. While we have not encountered instances of lost items thus far, consider opting for extra insurance coverage, as Time Only shall not be liable for any loss or theft occurring before your watch reaches our facility.
To minimise shipping costs, the original box need not be included. Nonetheless, ensure your watch is meticulously packaged and cushioned with bubble wrap or similar padding.
International Customers
The following guidelines pertain to warranty and service shipments to Time Only from countries outside Australia, aimed at expediting the process. However, it is advisable to verify exact shipment and customs requirements with your local postal service or courier.
In general:
Clearly specify on the paperwork that the watch is being returned for “A warranty/service repair – free of charge – and will be returned to sender after the repair has been completed!” This step is crucial to mitigate confusion or unwarranted costs with customs authorities.
Once we receive your claim, we will assess the defect and determine the course of action in accordance with our warranty policy.
Please note that our warranty does not cover:
Damages resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Exterior damage (such as scratches, dents, chips) or fading of the finish.
